If at any time during your first month of using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us.

If you are still not satisfied, we will:
- Offer a FULL REFUND for your purchase
- Downgrade your account to the free plan for that service
Annual Subscriptions
Business i does not require users to opt for annual subscriptions. We offer annual plans only to provide flexibility and cost savings through discounted pricing.
If at any time during the first 30 days of using an annual subscription you are dissatisfied, please contact us.
We will:
- Attempt to resolve the issue
- Provide a workaround, or
- Share a timeline for resolution
If you are still not satisfied, we will:
- Offer a FULL REFUND
- Downgrade your account to the free plan
Service Changes During Subscription
We want you to be satisfied throughout your entire contract period, not just the initial 30 days.
If, at any time during your subscription, we:
- Remove
- Break
- Discontinue
any functionality that was available at the time you signed up, please notify us immediately.
If we fail to address the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction, appropriate action will be taken in line with this policy.
Auto-Renewal Policy
For your convenience:
- Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- Before renewal, we will send an email specifying the amount to be charged
- After renewal, you will receive a receipt via email including:
- Amount charged
- Next renewal date
- Next renewal amount
- Amount charged
Late Cancellation & Refund
We understand that sometimes customers forget to cancel subscriptions.
You may cancel your:

- Annual subscription
Up to five (5) business days after the renewal date, and we will:
- Process the cancellation
- Provide a FULL REFUND
