Terms & Conditions

This Agreement governs the use of Business i suite of online business productivity and collaboration software.
 This is a legally binding agreement between you (the individual or entity you represent) and Business i.

1. Parts of This Agreement

This Agreement consists of:

  • General Terms – applicable to all Services
  • Service-Specific Terms – applicable to specific Services

In case of conflict, Service-Specific Terms will prevail over General Terms.

2. Acceptance of the Agreement

You must be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services.
 If you do not agree with the General Terms or Service-Specific Terms, do not use the respective Services.

You accept this Agreement by:

  • Clicking an acceptance checkbox or button, or
  • Using the Services

3. Description of Services

Business i provides cloud-based software and applications, including offline and mobile applications (“Services”).

You may use the Services for:

  • Personal use
  • Business use
  • Internal organizational purposes

You are responsible for:

  • Internet access
  • Required devices and equipment

Users may create, edit, publish, and share content using their accounts.

4. Beta Services

Certain Services may be offered as Beta Services for testing and evaluation.

Business i:

  • Determines the beta period
  • May discontinue Beta Services at any time
  • Is not liable for any harm resulting from Beta Services

Beta Services are provided as-is, without warranties or obligations.

5. Free Trial

If you register for a free trial:

  • Services are provided free until the trial ends, paid subscription begins, or Business i terminates access
  • Data entered during trial will be permanently lost unless upgraded or exported

Free trial Services are provided as-is, without warranties or support.

6. User Sign-Up Obligations

To access Services, you must provide accurate and complete information.

You agree to:

  • Provide true, current, and complete details
  • Update information when necessary

Business i may suspend or terminate accounts with false or incomplete information.

7. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Transfer or resell Services
  • Share licenses improperly
  • Reverse engineer or decompile Services
  • Harm servers, networks, or systems
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Misrepresent identity
  • Share unauthorized or confidential data
  • Violate any applicable laws
  • Use Services for benchmarking or competitive analysis
  • Remove proprietary notices

8. Spamming and Illegal Activities

You are solely responsible for content transmitted through Services.

You agree not to:

  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages
  • Transmit illegal, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content

Business i may terminate access for violations.

9. Third-Party Applications

Business i integrates with third-party applications.

You acknowledge:

  • Third-party terms apply
  • Business i is not responsible for third-party applications
  • Access may be restricted or removed at any time

10. Fees and Payments

  • Services are offered via subscription plans
  • Payments for plans under one year must be made via Credit Card
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 7 days prior

Taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) may apply and will be invoiced accordingly.

11. Organization Accounts and Administrators

Organizations may appoint administrators who:

  • Configure Services
  • Manage users

You are responsible for:

  • Account security
  • Administrator selection
  • All activities under the account

Business i is not responsible for internal account management.

12. Personal Information and Privacy

Use of Services is governed by the Business i Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
  • Reporting unauthorized access immediately

13. Communications from Business i

Business i may send:

  • Service announcements
  • Administrative communications
  • Newsletters (optional)

Users may opt out of newsletters but not essential service communications.

14. Complaints

If a complaint is received:

  • It will be forwarded to your registered email
  • You must respond within 10 days

Failure to respond may result in disclosure of your contact details to the complainant.

15. Inactive User Accounts

Unpaid accounts inactive for 120 consecutive days may be terminated.
 Data associated with such accounts may be deleted after prior notice.

16. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your content.

Business i is permitted to:

  • Access and process data solely to provide Services

Business i does not use your content for marketing without consent.

17. Hosting Location

Service hosting depends on region and IP mapping.
 Business i may migrate accounts if required for compliance or infrastructure reasons.

18. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for content you publish.

Public content:

  • May be indexed by search engines
  • Must not violate third-party rights

Business i may remove content upon legal complaints.

19. Sample Files and Applications

Sample files are provided for demonstration only and contain random data.
 No warranties are provided for sample content.

20. Trademarks

“Business i”, logos, and service names are trademarks of Business i.
 Unauthorized use is prohibited.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

Business i disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

22. Limitation of Liability

Business i is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business

Maximum liability is limited to $1000 or fees paid in the past 12 months, whichever is higher.

23. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Business i against claims arising from:

  • Violation of laws
  • Breach of this Agreement
  • Infringement of third-party rights

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Applicable law and jurisdiction depend on:

  • Billing address (paid users)
  • Domicile (all others)

Courts with proper jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.

25. Suspension and Termination

Business i may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Illegal activity
  • Policy violations
  • Inactivity

Termination includes deletion of account data.

26. Modification of Terms

Business i may modify these Terms with prior notice.

If changes materially affect your rights:

  • You may terminate within 30 days
  • You may receive a prorated refund

Continued use implies acceptance.
